Price per Mile
Our service offerings are meticulously structured to cater to a diverse array of requirements, with pricing tiers commencing at £0.65 and ascending to £3.50 per mile. Subsequent to these starting rates, the cost per mile is subject to variation contingent upon the dimensions of the vehicle engaged for transportation.

Waiting Time Charges
We acknowledge both the importance of time efficiency and the unforeseen delays that can occur in logistics. To accommodate this, we provide a complimentary 30-minute waiting period. Beyond this grace period, waiting time charges are applied to fairly compensate our drivers for their additional time. These charges are as follows:
• Small Vans (SWB and MWB):
£15.00 for every additional 30 minutes.
• Large Vans (LWB and XLWB):
£20.00 for every additional 30 minutes.
• Luton Vans:
£25.00 for every additional 30 minutes.
• 7.5 Tonnes Vehicles:
£30.00 for every additional 30 minutes.
This fee structure ensures that our drivers are remunerated for any extra time spent waiting, maintaining a service that respects the time and commitment of both our team and our customers.
Handball Charges
For consignments that require manual handling beyond standard loading and unloading, we apply handball charges. These charges are based on the weight of the items and are as follows:
• Up to 200kg: £15.00
• 200-400kg: £20.00
• 400-600kg: £25.00
• 600-800kg: £30.00
• Over 800kg: £35.00
Important Note:
The above prices are applicable for each delivery within a multi-drop run, meaning the charges will be added to each drop individually. This ensures that our drivers are adequately compensated for the additional work required at multiple stops, reflecting the extra time and effort involved.

To enhance your delivery experience, we offer driver assistance for loading and unloading your items, available upon request. An additional charge of £25.00 is applied if this service is required but was not pre-arranged, ensuring our drivers are compensated for their extra efforts. This fee reflects the value of the spontaneous assistance provided, emphasizing our respect and fair treatment towards our staff.
